You are the key element in Dragon’s Way Qigong® training. Through personal transformation, you will experience the power of Qigong practice and learn how to apply ancient techniques to everyday life.

As you advance in your training, your body will naturally adapt, embracing the true essence of balance. Daily Qigong practice will enable you to cultivate Qi, resolving inner stagnations along the way. Yet, there’s more to explore; you’ll delve into the profound connection between your body and nature, discovering the significance of Five Element Consciousness as a map to understand your inner world.

With your Qi flowing more freely, your body will begin to want different kinds of foods.  These cravings are what we call eating-for-healing. Our experienced Qigong instructors will skillfully guide you along to recognize the power of self- transformation.

The beauty of this experience lies in your ability to teach and inspire others from a place of genuine personal transformation – the very shifts that have shaped your life. If you are driven by the desire to assist others and have a passion for the wisdom of lineage, Qigong practice, and traditional Chinese medicine, we extend a invitation to join this exceptional program.

Why Dragon's Way Qigong® is Powerful

The program’s success is based on the basic tenant that everything is Qi and Qi flow is affected by everyday life. Therefore we cover all aspects of life.  Ten key Wu Ming Qigong forms stimulate the body’s innate healing ability while Eating for Healing supports the body’s need for a healthy digestive system without a formal diet or food deprivation.

The study of Five Element Consciousness introduces a framework to understand the body’s signals of physical and emotional imbalances. Herbal supplements, while optional, offer the body additional Qi support. Finally lifestyle is considered teaching new understandings of how to partner with the body for a happier and healthier life. This comprehensive program leaves nothing out.

Instructor Training Qualifies You To:

Qigong and Qi

Qigong is growing in popularity for its ability to calm the nerves and generate healing opportunities. But Qigong alone is not enough to sustain long-term healing. Why? Everything is Qi and Qi is in everything. Qi must flow for you to enjoy good health.

Qi  flow can be affected by your emotions, your choice of food, your job and relationships, and even by your thinking. Qi is your secret ingredient to good health!

Dragon’s Way Qigong is a full system of healing developed by Tai Master Xu and Grand Master Lu that includes Qigong practices, an eating for healing plan, and a roadmap to understand the body’s signs and signals of imbalances.
