Qigong to Enhance Breast Health

This exercise helps energy flow through the breast area. This movement can be practiced anywhere and at any time.

How to Perform

  • Stand with your feet hip width apart.
  • Extend your arms slightly at chest level.
  • Bring them back in.

Tip: This movement is most effective when you don’t extend your arm out completely. Your elbows will be slightly bent.

Practice this movement for 3-4 minutes or longer.
