- Place your hands over your navel.
- Focus your intention on your navel.
- Breath in and pull in from your navel.
- Breath out and push out from your navel.
- Breath in again, this time hold the inhalation for the count of 5.
- Breath out 1-2-3-4-5.
- Repeat several times, then breath in using the above routine but do not hold your breath for 5 counts.
