What is Qigong?

Qigong is a special form of energy practice that allows your body, mind, and Spirit to experience Universal life force.

“Qigong is a special energy exercise that allows us to connect to the Universal Life Source. When you practice Qigong, everything changes. Your life source changes. Your meridians change. The energy that comes into you changes. Therefore, your body changes. Your body becomes like a TV screen. Just like different programs, movies or channels show different screens, your body will show whatever information comes in. Your body is a visible 3-dimensional screen, or mirror, that represents the invisible Universal life.

This is the purpose of Qigong. Learning Qigong is not a physical exercise – it’s not just muscle, tendon, force or energy. Qigong is a life source, information, and consciousness. It’s much bigger. This is a fundamental theory.

Qigong is more than just an “energy exercise.” Energy exercise is easy – it’s too simple to plug in an electricity outlet and say you have an energy charge. That’s not Qigong.

Qigong allows us to make an invisible connection with the Universe. We want invisible connections that cannot be disconnected by weather and emotions. We want to be connected to the Universe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, always operating. In order to have this connection, we need a special training like Qigong. Different trainings and understandings lead to different results and purposes. If you understand Qigong, you will have a different result.”
