Many women experience bloating after eating. Bloating is associated with your Liver and Stomach function. These two organs are not communicating with each other. In order to really fix this problem, you have to fix the function of these two organs.
Here are some things you can do:
- Find the acupoint between the index finger and thumb finger. Look for the spot that is tender and massage it for two minutes.
- With a loose fist, hit the outside of the leg, a few inches below the knee. Hit one side and then move to the other, until you feel a release.
- Avoid cold! Do you eat raw or cold foods, like salads and iced drinks? If so, replace them with soups and warm, cooked vegetables. Use ginger to warm the body.
If the symptoms go away, it doesn’t mean the problem has gone away. Find an acupuncturist or TCM practitioner that can help you treat the root cause of the problem.
